Is the pitaya's fuchsia colour natural?
Yes, the intense pink colour of the pitaya is the result of a very strong natural pigment. So even when made into sorbet, the tone remains very lively. However, not all pitayas have this tone: some have white flesh.
The pitaya used by Native Foods to prepare the Native Pitaya is exclusively the fuchsia flesh pitaya.
